Settings

Dashboard → Settings holds account-level options. Owners and Admins see every section. Team members with the Member role see only their personal sections (organization name and security) — billing, calendar, WhatsApp, API keys and webhooks are hidden from them.

Organization

Read-only: your organization name, your role, and your sign-in email.

Billing & subscription

Shows your current plan with Upgrade Plan and Manage Billing. Manage Billing opens the secure payment portal for cards and invoices. Full details in Billing.

Google Calendar

Click Connect Google Calendar and approve access. Appointments created from calls or manually are then added to your calendar automatically. Disconnect stops syncing; events already created stay in your calendar. See Appointments.

WhatsApp

Choose a Default WhatsApp Agent to auto-reply to incoming WhatsApp messages, and copy the Webhook URL shown there into your WhatsApp sender configuration. WhatsApp is currently in sandbox/testing — see SMS & broadcasts.

API keys

Create keys to call the ZazaVoice API from your own systems.

  1. Click Generate API Key, give it a descriptive name (and optional description).
  2. Copy the key immediately — it is shown only once.
  3. Revoke a key at any time; revoked keys show as Revoked and stop working.

Webhooks

Get notified when something happens in your account.

  1. Click Add Webhook Endpoint and enter your HTTPS URL.
  2. Tick the events you want: Call Started, Call Completed, Call Failed, Campaign Lead Updated, SMS Received, Appointment Created.
  3. Verify the signature on each delivery — see Webhooks.

Security & privacy

  • Change password — enter your current password and a new one twice.

  • Delete account — permanently removes your account and data. You must type a confirmation first; this cannot be undone.
