Using the dashboard

Small features that make the dashboard faster to use.

Ask the voice assistant

Once you're signed in, a round tap-to-talk button appears on dashboard pages. Tap it, allow microphone access, and speak. The assistant knows your name, organization and plan, and can:

  • Take you to a page ("open campaigns").
  • Point at a button — it highlights the control on screen (for example Create agent, Add contact, Import contacts, New campaign, number search).
  • Answer how-do-I questions about ZazaVoice.
  • Log feedback — tell it about a problem, bug, question or feature idea and it files it with our team. Complaints and bugs are flagged for quick review.

It doesn't read or change your account data, and it won't make purchases for you. Sessions last up to 10 minutes, with 10 sessions per user per day.

Prefer typing? Choose Prefer typing? in the panel to switch to the text chat. Before you sign in, the chat widget is text only.

Install as an app

ZazaVoice installs like an app on your phone or computer.

  • Android / desktop Chrome or Edge — accept the install prompt, or use the browser's Install app option. If you dismiss the prompt it won't reappear.
  • iPhone / iPad — in Safari tap Share → Add to Home Screen (iOS 16.4+ is needed for push notifications).

Installing is needed on iOS to receive call notifications. The app shows a friendly offline page when you lose connection; it doesn't store your data offline.

Getting help

  • The Help icon in the top bar opens this documentation.
  • After we ship an update, the dashboard reloads itself once if it needs a fresh copy. If a page looks broken, refresh it.
