Call history
Dashboard → Calls lists every call your agents have made or taken, with filters, a transcript for each, and an AI-written summary.
The list
The page opens on Conversation History. Three cards at the top show your total calls, total duration, and a count of calls by sentiment (Positive / Neutral / Negative / Mixed).
Use the pills to narrow the list by direction:
- All — everything.
- Dialed — outbound calls (campaigns, click-to-call).
- Received — inbound calls that connected.
- Missed — inbound calls nobody picked up.
Open the filter drawer for finer control: agent, status (Initiated, Ringing, In Progress, Completed, Failed, No Answer), sentiment, and a date range. A status chosen in the drawer overrides the status implied by the pill; the page tells you when that happens.
A single call
Click a row to open Call Details:
- Status, duration, turns (how many back-and-forth exchanges) and the agent that handled it.
- Transcript — the full conversation, caller and AI side by side. Transfers to a human and other call events appear as notes in the transcript.
- Recording — a player appears when the call was recorded.
- Summary and sentiment — generated by the AI after the call ends. If the summary looks wrong or is missing, click Regenerate Summary.
Calls that were placed from the agent's Simulate call dialog are labelled Simulated Call and don't use phone minutes.
Deleting a call
Delete Call is on the detail page and is available to the account Owner and Admins only. Team members with the Member role can read call history but not delete it. Deleting is permanent.
Cost and minutes
Each completed call counts toward your plan's minutes (or is charged to your wallet on pay-as-you-go) — see Billing. Per-campaign spend is shown on the campaign page; see Campaigns.
