ZazaVoice is committed to operating in full compliance with applicable telecommunications regulations and data protection laws. This page outlines our compliance framework and the responsibilities of our customers.

Company Information

ZaZaVoice is a product of MR Recruits Limited Liability Company (USA).

We operate as an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and authorized reseller. We provide an AI-powered voice agent platform that integrates with Twilio's cloud communications infrastructure to deliver voice calling capabilities.

We are not a telecommunications carrier and do not own or operate telecommunications network infrastructure. All telephony services are delivered via Twilio.

Twilio Usage Disclosure

ZazaVoice uses Twilio as its underlying communications provider. Twilio provides:

  • Phone number provisioning (local and toll-free numbers)
  • Voice call routing and connectivity
  • Call recording infrastructure
  • SMS capabilities where applicable

Twilio is a registered telecommunications provider and complies with applicable FCC regulations. Call data processed through Twilio is subject to Twilio's Privacy Policy.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of ZazaVoice complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

This includes, but is not limited to, obtaining proper consent before placing calls or recording conversations.

As a ZazaVoice customer, you are responsible for:

  • Obtaining Prior Express Consent: You must obtain proper consent from all parties before initiating automated or AI-powered calls. For marketing calls, prior express written consent is required under the TCPA.
  • Maintaining Opt-Out Mechanisms: You must provide a clear way for call recipients to opt out of future calls and honor all opt-out requests promptly.
  • Do-Not-Call Compliance: You must maintain internal do-not-call lists and comply with the National Do Not Call Registry.
  • Call Recording Consent: If you enable call recording features, you must comply with all applicable state and federal recording consent laws.
  • Caller ID Accuracy: You must not manipulate or falsify caller ID information in violation of the Truth in Caller ID Act.
  • Content Standards: All AI agent scripts and call content must be truthful, non-deceptive, and comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.

TCPA Compliance

The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) governs automated telephone calls, pre-recorded messages, and text messages in the United States. Key requirements include:

  • Prior express written consent is required for automated marketing calls
  • Prior express consent is required for non-marketing automated calls
  • Calls may only be made between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time of the recipient
  • An automated opt-out mechanism must be provided during each call
  • Callers must identify themselves and the entity on whose behalf they are calling

ZazaVoice provides tools to help you manage consent and compliance, but the responsibility for compliance rests with you as the customer.

Local Telecom Compliance

In addition to federal regulations, many states and localities have their own telecommunications regulations. Customers must be aware of and comply with all applicable regulations in the jurisdictions where they operate, including but not limited to:

  • State-specific telemarketing registration requirements
  • State do-not-call list requirements
  • Two-party consent states for call recording (e.g., California, Florida, Illinois)
  • International calling regulations if applicable

Data Protection

We take data protection seriously. Our practices include:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Secure cloud infrastructure hosted on Google Cloud Platform
  • Access controls and audit logging
  • Regular security assessments

Compliance Enforcement

ZazaVoice reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be in violation of applicable laws, our Terms of Service, or this Compliance policy. We cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities as required by law.
